Job summary

CPI Electron Device Business (EDB) in Beverly, MA seeks an agile electronics technician to construct, repair, troubleshoot, maintain and calibrate electronic and mechanical equipment under established procedures.

You will work with basic electronic fundamentals, use tools including multimeter and oscilloscope, and perform soldering. This role requires US person status due to export-controlled information and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in appropriate technology or equivalent technical training, or combination of training and related experience of 3-5 years.
• Knowledge of basic electronic fundamentals and ability to use common tools and instruments including multimeter and oscilloscope.
• Proficient in soldering.
• This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR; US person status is required.

Responsibilities

• Constructing, repairing, troubleshooting, maintaining and calibrating electronic and mechanical equipment following established procedures under general supervision.
