Job summary

CPI Electron Device Business (EDB) seeks an Electronic Assembly Technician specializing in precision soldering in Beverly, MA. You will build and inspect complex electronic assemblies from technical docs, read schematics and BOMs, and ensure work areas comply with 5S, safety and ESD standards.

The role requires IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications, familiarity with IPC-A-620, and willingness to support rework and temporary fixes. Export-control constraints apply; US persons only.

Qualifications

Soldering experience and ability to perform precision soldering on SMT and through-hole components.
Read and interpret production drawings, schematics, BOMs and wiring diagrams.
Maintain clean, safe work area per 5S, safety and ESD protocols.
Export-controlled information access requires US person status per ITAR/EAR.
