An established industry player is seeking a dedicated NDTE Electronics Technician to join their team. In this physically demanding role, you will assemble and troubleshoot systems, ensuring proper operation through mechanical drawings and manuals. You will be responsible for conducting circuit-level troubleshooting and documenting results, while also preparing packing materials and making minor repairs to body armor plates. This position requires a high school diploma and significant experience in electrical control troubleshooting. Technician will assemble, troubleshoot, and operate the system utilizing mechanical drawings and manuals. Technician is responsible for specifying and procuring basic components and supplies, supporting the set up and monitoring of the systems tests, and documenting results. NDTE Technicians will conduct troubleshooting procedures on the circuit-level control wiring, physical inspections, and scanning processes, to include the proper use and application of the RUPS-Hybrid and the EMD repair kit.
Forklift certification a plus.
Prior experience with NDTE program a plus.
This is a physically demanding job. Constant lifting and moving body armor plates. Frequently moving 25 or more pounds.
Expect to travel 95% of the time. Lengthy periods of deployment. Occasional OCONUS deployments.
Active Secret Required.
PAY RANGE: $23.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
