Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electronics Technician to work onsite with an engineering team in a lab setting. The role involves prototyping designs, performing weather and pressure testing, and collaborating closely with engineers to prototype units effectively.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Newtown, PA.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school preferred.
• 2–3 years of related field experience.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Develop test specifications and procedures from blueprints and diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems.
• Perform rework on assemblies or systems based on test results.
• Assist in selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.
