iNRCORE Group is seeking an Engineering Lab Technician to join our Bristol, PA facility. You will build, test, and repair electronic components under engineering supervision, supporting prototype development and validation efforts.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, technical proficiency, and ability to read instructions and diagrams. Salary is hourly with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams.
• Intermediate math skills for interpreting readings, specifications, and dimensions.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong operation monitoring and control skills for equipment and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling small components.
• Positive work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and test electronic components according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronics using hand and power tools.
• Test electronic components using standard test equipment and analyze results to evaluate performance and document findings.
• Read work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, drawings, and engineering instructions for building electronic components.
• Procure materials and parts and maintain inventory and related documentation.
• Document and record data on testing techniques, laboratory equipment, and specifications to assist engineers.
• Build prototypes from rough sketches or plans.
• Perform other duties as required by company representatives.
