Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit.

You will design, install, operate, and maintain electronic security services including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, and IT systems for Federal, local, and commercial clients. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of electronics installation/maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on-site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from Electronics Technician program or Electrical Apprenticeship preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronic security equipment.
• Configures hardware and software, tests systems, and provides customer support.
• Leads commissioning efforts and communicates with project teams and owners.
• Maintains safety plans and adheres to company policies and QC standards.
• Operates and maintains field devices, cabling, and IT equipment.
