Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit in Tysons, VA. You will work on design, integration, operation and maintenance of electronic security services for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

Responsibilities include on-site installations, testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with project teams. Requires strong communication skills and a US-driving record; HS diploma or GED and 4+ years

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems and customer programs.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• On-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configure hardware and software and test systems for proper operation.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Ensure safety and adherence to project plans and NEC standards.
