Job summary

The role involves on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security devices and IT equipment for federal, local, and commercial customers. You will configure hardware and software, document field conditions, and collaborate with project teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• On-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configure hardware and software; test systems for proper operation; provide technical support to customers.
• Communicate with MC Dean project teams; ensure safety and quality.
• Document field conditions and assist project teams with feedback.
