The position requires an Associate’s Degree in Electronics, PLC and vision system experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of CGMP regulations. Weekend overtime may be required, with clear communication expected across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics is required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs and vision inspection systems.
• Knowledge of CGMP regulations is preferred.
• Robotics experience and programming is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to line calls and perform preventive maintenance regularly.
• Maintain safe work practices at all times.
• Troubleshoot all equipment on site using electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Evaluate equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a log of equipment repairs and problems.
• Operate plant electrical test equipment.
• Set up line equipment and vision systems per Master Production Record.
• Follow production procedures and work instructions with proper documentation.
• Install or assist in installing new equipment and ensure proper layout and alignment.
• Assist other maintenance personnel during major plant breakdowns.
• Be available to work overtime on weekends.
