CA Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation in Monterey County is seeking an Electronics Technician (CF) to install, maintain, repair and operate a range of less complex electronic devices within a state correctional facility. The role may involve supervising incarcerated individuals and assisting with safety operations.
Primary duties include diagnosing faults, replacing components, and ensuring equipment reliability in a secure environment.
Under direction in a State correctional facility in the Department of Corrections to install, maintain, repair, and operate various types of the less complex electronic devices and equipment to protect and maintain the safety of persons and property; may instruct, lead, or supervise incarcerated persons; and do other work as required.
