Job summary

M.C. Dean seeks an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems team. You will design, install, operate, and maintain electronic security services for federal, local, and commercial customers across Texas and beyond.

You will lead on-site installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning while coordinating with owners, design teams, and other trades. Expect travel to multiple sites with strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or military electronics training (720 hours)
• Electronics Technician program graduation or Electrical Apprenticeship completion
• 3+ years electronics installation/maintenance experience
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of multi-team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems
• Configure hardware/software, conduct site surveys, test systems for proper operation
• Lead commissioning activities and coordinate with owners and design teams
• Communicate with project teams, trades, and customers to ensure quality and safety
