Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems business unit. The role involves on-site installations, maintenance, and testing of electronic security and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial customers.

You will conduct site surveys, configure hardware and software, and provide technical support while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Military Electronics Training or equivalent.
• Graduation from Electronics Technician program or Electrical Apprenticeship.
• Minimum 3 years electronics installation/maintenance experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Executes on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Conducts site surveys, configures hardware and software, tests systems for proper operation.
• Provides technical support to customers and communicates effectively with clients and team members.
• Leads and mentors crew members and participates in safety and quality processes.
• Ensures compliance with QC plans and site safety policies.
