Job summary

Sky Limit Systems in Florida is seeking an Electronics Technician to troubleshoot, test, and repair complex electronic assemblies used in critical aerospace applications. This hands-on role focuses on component-level troubleshooting, PCB repair, and verifying functionality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on electronics troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic circuits or PCBs down to the component level.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics.
• PCB repair and soldering experience preferred.
• Experience in IPC, AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA or other regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and circuit boards down to the component level.
• Diagnose failures using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, function generators, and other electronic test equipment.
• Identify failed components including resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, and other circuitry.
• Perform soldering, de-soldering, PCB repair, and component replacement.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Test and verify electronic assemblies to ensure proper functionality and specifications.
• Document troubleshooting, repairs, and test results.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to resolve technical issues.

About Us

We're partnering with an established aerospace manufacturer seeking an Electronics Technician to troubleshoot, test, and repair complex electronic assemblies used in critical aerospace applications. This is a hands-on position focused on component-level troubleshooting, electronic testing, and PCB repair. Candidates with strong electronics troubleshooting experience from aerospace, defense, avionics, communications/RF, medical devices, industrial electronics, and other technical environments are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Experience working within IPC, AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA, or other regulated quality environments preferred
