We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician responsible for testing, aligning, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying circuit boards to meet precise functional requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Test various circuit board chassis to meet customer specifications
• Troubleshoot and repair down to the component level
• Perform adjustments, calibrations, and alignments on circuit boards
• Modify functionality of boards to meet specific performance requirements
• Set up and operate standard test apparatus (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum/network analyzers)
• Analyze and interpret test data to ensure reliability and performance
• Document test procedures and results
• Fabricate cables and connectors as needed for testing and repair
• Support fabrication and assembly of chassis and related mechanical tasks

• Background in radio communications is a strong plus
