You will engage customers, drive electronic gas sales, develop plans to increase penetration, and present engineering solutions and proposals to meet their needs.

Collaborate across divisions to ensure deliverables, forecasts, CAPEX funding, and project timelines are met while deepening product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, or business fields.
• Experience in commercial sales of electronic/specialty gases.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and systems.
• Strong analytical background with SPC/quality systems knowledge.
• Able to adapt to changing situations with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers within assigned semiconductor and solar customer accounts.
• Assist sales professionals in driving electronic gas sales through direct customer interaction.
• Develop and implement plans to increase penetration within defined customer accounts.
• Develop expert understanding of product specifications and support proposals with engineering solutions.
• Participate in forecasting analysis and monitor performance against goals.
• Collect data on competitive products, pricing and marketing activities.
• Provide data to senior management to aid marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with support divisions to ensure deliverables meet customer needs.
• Support CAPEX funding development and project execution within timelines and budget.
• Understand manufacturing products, applications and development at customers.
• Leverage statistical process control and quality systems knowledge in analyses.
