As an Engineering Sub-Section Manager for Electronics you will build and lead a high-performing design engineering team grounded in collaboration, accountability, and expertise. In addition to team leadership, you will contribute directly to the research, design, and development of aerospace components and systems, while also driving enhancements to existing products. In this role, you will shape the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of your team and provide significant input into priorities. You will operate within established professional practices and policies aligned to the responsibilities of the role. While the position offers moderate autonomy, it requires a high level of operational judgment to deliver consistent outcomes.
