RC Willey is seeking a knowledgeable Small Electronics Specialist at the Layton, UT store. You will assist customers with small electronics, including Apple products and wireless devices, and help with inventory, order fulfillment, and in-store displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and electronics is a plus.
• Cashering experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right small electronics, including Apple products, wireless devices, tablets, cameras, and more.
• Provide a warm, friendly greeting to every customer in the department.
• Stay informed on latest products and features and share knowledge with the team.
• Update security settings on displays and ensure items are tagged correctly.
• Handle cashiering tasks: processing sales, credit applications, returns/exchanges, price matching, and cash drawer balancing.
• Maintain reports, track follow-ups and ensure great service after the sale.
• Help customers make confident purchasing decisions and leave with a positive shopping experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
