Job summary

A premier retail outlet located in Utah is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their wireless needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a retail environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Completed High school diploma/GED.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers in store.
• Exceed revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts and promote the brand.
• Assist with all retail store functions per company policies.
• Work with management in opening, closing, and operations.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions.
• Maintain store appearance and assist customers with activations.
