Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring an Electronics Assembly & Hand Solder Technician in Boise, ID for a long-term opportunity. You will perform precision hand soldering on PCBs, assemble through-hole components, and operate SMT equipment while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, hand soldering experience, and familiarity with IPC-A-610.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with hand soldering and electronics assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with PCB through-hole assembly and IPC-A-610 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision hand soldering on PCBs.
• Assemble through-hole components and verify placement.
• Set up and operate SMT equipment (Pick & Place).
• Prepare components by cutting and forming leads.
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework assemblies as needed.
• Read assembly drawings and schematics and follow work instructions.
