Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Production Supervisor to join an electronics manufacturing client in Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time, direct-hire role oversees SMT and DIP operations and ensures production goals and quality standards are met.

You will lead a team, coordinate with planning, maintain 6S, enforce IPC-A-610 and ISO requirements, and drive continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen initiatives. Strong ERP and MS Office skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing; at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, DIP, and MPA processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise SMT, DIP, and MPA operations and manage setup/run/shutdown.
• Monitor schedules and control WIP and aging.
• Lead and coach production staff to hit daily goals.
• Ensure IPC-A-610 and ISO compliance and traceability.
• Identify Lean and Kaizen opportunities to improve flow.
• Maintain 6S and safety; address safety concerns.
