Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (electronics/manufacturing preferred).
• Familiarity with ESD handling, barcoding, and labeling standards for electronic assemblies.
• Experience using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, email) and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, quantities and part numbers verified against packing lists and POs.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Log receipts into ERP/MRP and deliver materials to appropriate departments.
• Prepare and package finished PCB assemblies with labeling and documentation.
• Generate shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, and customer portals.
• Schedule carrier pickups and track shipments for on-time delivery.
• Maintain organized shipping/receiving area and proper material storage.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and material movement transactions.
• Coordinate with production control, purchasing, and quality to resolve issues quickly.
