Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience in electronics/manufacturing.
• Familiar with ESD handling, barcoding, and labeling standards.
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager or UPS WorldShip.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and log incoming materials against packing lists and POs.
• Package, label, and prepare shipments for customers.
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using FedEx/UPS portals.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and monitor on-time delivery.
• Maintain organized shipping/receiving area and support cycle counts.
• Coordinate with production control, purchasing, and quality to resolve issues.
