Job summary

Assemblix LLC is seeking a Production Technician Level I in Avon, Indiana to perform timely computer and component repairs in a high-fidelity manufacturing setting. You will document repairs, troubleshoot hardware and software, and support continuous improvement with the team.

The role requires following procedures, 5S, ESD guidelines, safe work practices, and strong attention to detail. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; pay is $21.75 per hour; full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Team player in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform computer and component repairs to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Document repair steps and components replaced in the tracking system.
• Follow 5S and ESD guidelines; maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with assembly line to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Communicate findings to prevent repeat failures.
