Job summary

Quintech Electronics and Communications, Inc. in Indiana, PA, is seeking a Manual Assembler/Basic Soldering Operator to assemble, solder, and inspect electronic components and sub-assemblies. This is a full-time, in-person position on a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

You will read engineering drawings and work instructions, perform basic soldering, use hand tools and magnification for inspection, and document production activities while collaborating with production and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in electronic assembly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, wiring, and sub-assemblies per drawings and work instructions.
• Perform basic soldering and de-soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Operate small hand tools and fixtures for assembly and inspection.
• Inspect assemblies visually and with magnification for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support improvements.
