The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and adherence to 5S and lean manufacturing principles. Day shift, full-time position located on site in Sulphur Springs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, and wire electronic components and subassemblies following schematics and work instructions.
• Operate and maintain assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Inspect assembled components for accuracy and function before advancing.
• Identify and report defects to the Electronics Quality Control Technician.
• Support process improvements and tooling feedback; maintain 5S practices.
