Job summary

American Technology Components, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to sustain production equipment across electronics and wire harness manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance in electronics, wire harness, or precision manufacturing.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic PLC knowledge.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM manuals.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and document scheduled preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and electronic systems; perform repairs.
• Maintain maintenance logs, PM checklists, and repair records using a CMMS.
• Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available.
• Service UV printers, PCB assembly, wire harness, CNC mills, injection molding and potting equipment.
• Collaborate with production to schedule maintenance around production demands.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and qualification of new equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures; promote a safety-first culture.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement; coordinate with vendors as needed.
