Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer units at the component and board level.
• Test and refurbish advance-replacement and credit returns within published turnaround times.
• Manage assigned returns from start to finish, updating customers by phone and email; log interactions.
• Document repairs in detail—root cause, components used, test results; flag recurring issues to engineering.
• Prepare and maintain demo products; keep repair parts inventory stocked ahead of demand.
