ubreakifix is hiring a Tech Repair Expert for our Addison, TX store to repair smartphones, tablets and computers while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll diagnose issues, perform fast repairs and promote our solutions-based services, including Asurion products.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service and/or repair experience.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, computers and operating systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Repair a variety of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets and computers.
• Provide customers with solutions with in-store services and Asurion connected home products.
• Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner.
• Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs.
• Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times.
• Perform timely repairs and deliver excellent service to create satisfied customers.
