Job summary

Info Way Solutions seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager in Michigan to lead automotive launches from concept through SOP and post-SOP support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and ensure customer alignment while controlling BOM and tooling costs.

The role requires 5+ years in PM for engineered products, with automotive lighting/electronics preferred and a track record with Tier 1 suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience with engineered products.
• Proven product launch experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with an automotive Tier 1 supplier.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field OR 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Automotive lighting and/or electronics experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams from concept through launch.
• Strong customer-facing/project-status communication.
• Risk management and countermeasure planning.
• Project timing/milestone management.
• Open issues tracking and resolution.
• BOM, tooling, and investment cost awareness.
• Customer SOW/requirements management.
• Experience managing projects through launch and approximately 90 days after SOP.

Responsibilities

Work Arrangement: 4 days onsite (Monday–Thursday), Friday remote
