Electronics Production Technician

Contract Position
Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, this firm provides innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Support electronics production by testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues on circuit cards, harnesses, electrical boxes, and electro-mechanical hardware.
Conduct testing of production hardware at the box and circuit card level using automated and semi-automated bench top equipment.
Utilize test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers, and bus analyzers.
Perform hand-check testing using appropriate meters and support test station troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Test and Manufacturing Engineering teams to address production yield issues and resolve customer returns or complaints.
Document all test results, troubleshooting steps, and investigative findings in accordance with quality and manufacturing requirements.
Follow safety protocols including the use of PPE (safety glasses, protective shoes) and maintain readiness to work 1st or 2nd shift, including potential overtime or weekends.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology (ASEET) or equivalent; additional experience or military training may be considered in lieu of degree.
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Comfortable working with test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and DITMCO or VXI systems (preferred).
Proficiency with standard computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. Person).
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
