Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Engineering Technician to bridge engineering and production on onsite electronics manufacturing tasks in Limerick, PA. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with pilot builds and process improvements.

This role requires hands-on manufacturing experience and the ability to train and guide operators, with flexibility for overtime and weekend coverage. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity based onsite.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies in production or lab.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time with overtime and occasional weekend work.
• Strong understanding of basic electrical principles relevant to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production and engineering teams focusing on problem solving and process support.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, and electronic issues on the production floor.
• Support new product development and pilot builds, including first articles.
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement across processes.
• Help train manufacturing associates and technicians on processes and instructions.
• Review, update and follow work instructions and SOPs for accuracy.
