Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee the Salt Lake City Electronics Manufacturing Facility. You will lead Electronics Technicians across multiple shifts to ensure output meets quality and schedule targets, while partnering with Quality and Engineering to sustain material flow and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, on-site work, and readiness to travel for initial training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work 100% on-site.
• Ability to travel extensively to Los Angeles for training during the initial months of the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electronics manufacturing operations across shifts.
• Monitor work-in-progress, material flow, and finished goods to maintain throughput.
• Collaborate with Scheduling to maintain a high-utilization daily production plan.
• Track KPIs and report to Operations Manager.
• Enforce ISO 9001 documentation and quality procedures.
