SYSGRATION AMERICA CORPORATION in Plano, TX is seeking a PMC Specialist to lead production planning, material coordination, and schedule control across SMT, PCBA, and final assembly. The role requires coordinating with sales, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The PMC Specialist will drive manufacturing execution, manage material availability, and monitor KPIs to support efficient operations in a electronics manufacturing

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in production planning, material control or supply chain in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with CTB planning, material availability analysis, and capacity planning.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, capacity, and materials.
• Release and manage work orders for SMT, PCBA, sub-assembly, and final assembly lines.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for shortages, downtime, or priority changes.
• Support ECO cut-over planning to minimize excess inventory.
