Job summary

Kitron Technologies in Windber, PA seeks a Production Supervisor to plan, direct, and oversee manufacturing activities on-site. You will manage schedules, coordinate staff, enforce safety rules, and drive production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on meeting production goals with experience in manufacturing environments. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be willing to work a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years’ experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively orally and in writing.
• Skilled in motivating, developing, and directing people.
• Skilled in making sound decisions.
• Knowledgeable of employment laws.
• Experience using ERPs and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in production or processing of goods.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Provide feedback to improve performance and production efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-training opportunities within or between departments.
• Train employees in equipment operations or safety procedures.
