Job summary

You will perform basic inspections, support continuous improvement, document results, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of electronics manufacturing experience (SMT/PCB) preferred.
• Prior operator, inspector, or technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and ensure production readiness.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and support engineering escalations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and IPC/ISO standards.
• Train operators and provide guidance on proper techniques.
• Document logs and participate in production meetings.
