Job summary

Impact ES Vancouver is seeking a Production Planner to develop, coordinate, and maintain production schedules for on‑time deliveries across the manufacturing process. This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Plant leadership to align demand, inventory and capacity forecasts.

• CPIM Certification or minimum of four years of planning and scheduling experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and master scheduling.
• Strong communication and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain production schedules for on-time deliveries and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Plant leadership to align demand with capacity.
• Optimize schedules using ERP/MRP tools and analytics; monitor costs and capacity.
• Serve as main contact for commitment dates and communicate issues proactively.
• Maintain planning parameters in ERP/MRP and drive process improvements.
• Lead daily review meetings with operations to optimize run quantities and reduce changeovers.
