Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing in Hoover, AL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to install and maintain client displays. You will visit major retailers within an assigned radius, assemble and troubleshoot displays, and ensure products are presented to drive sales.

The role offers 32–40 hours weekly, with flexible daytime hours Monday through Friday, occasional weekends. Training provided, with benefits including health, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Retail experience desired; 3PL or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the territory.
• Detail-oriented; able to read planograms accurately.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate with a small team.
• Access to internet and a smartphone required; laptop/desktop a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retailers to complete merchandising projects within an assigned radius.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot client displays to turn shelves into sales magnets.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed visit.
