Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser for Hoover, AL and surrounding areas. You will visit major retailers to position and maintain client displays, ensuring accurate planograms and effective product presentation.

The role offers 32–40 hours weekly with weekday flexibility, occasional weekends, and opportunities for higher-rate technical projects. Benefits include health coverage, bi-weekly pay, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous merchandising and retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to read planograms and follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Tech-ready with internet access and basic devices.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retailers within an assigned radius to complete merchandising projects.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays to drive sales.
• Represent clients like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and others.
• Work 32–40 hours per week with flexible weekdays; occasional weekends may be required.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos after each visit.
