Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Birmingham, AL and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring proper placement and upkeep while reporting findings with photos. Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Up to 25 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm; weekends not required. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour with potential for higher rates on larger/technical projects.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independent worker and able to collaborate with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Store Visits: complete projects at major retail stores to set up and maintain products.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
