Job summary

Avery Weigh-Tronix is seeking an assembler to perform assembly of electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. You will read drawings, follow safety documents, and participate in 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.

The role involves a Monday–Thursday shift (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with overtime possible including Fridays and Saturdays. On-site work with comprehensive benefits and a focus on teamwork and quality.

Qualifications

• Self-management and problem-solving skills required.
• Attention to detail and good communication with team.
• Basic soldering experience helpful.
• Basic computer and keyboarding experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of power tools and equipment.
• Assemble electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical components and sub-assemblies.
• Read drawings and safety documents; maintain 5S and cleanliness.
• Assist in directing workflow and training others.
• Maintain production output and timekeeping.
