Accelera Staffing is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift assembly team member. This role requires availability for mandatory overtime and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

You will support quality inspections, document production, and prepare components for shipment while collaborating with teammates to meet targets. Applicants should have at least two years in assembly, be able to read blueprints, and handle tools safely.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in assembly operations or relevant technical training.
• Drug screening required.
• Able to read blueprints and use a tape measure correctly.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Experience with hand/power tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Help maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
• Perform quality inspections, document production, and ensure targets are met.
• Carry out essential tasks in the manufacturing workflow.
