Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions Inc is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Technician in Colorado. You will assemble devices using hand tools and soldering equipment, perform acceptance tests, and manage parts per BOMs and kit pull docs.

You will ensure quality throughout production, maintain tooling and records, and participate in new product/process implementations under QA guidelines. Onsite work with 4-10s or 5-8s shifts, ASAP hiring.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in electro/mechanical assembly or 2-year tech degree required.
  • Strong ability to read BOMs and work orders.
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assembles devices using hand tools, soldering equipment and test equipment.
  • Performs Acceptance Testing with PC-based test software per specs.
  • Handles storage and movement of Mass Memory Storage Devices per procedures.

Electronics Manufacturing TechnicianWork Environment:Due to the nature of responsibilities associated with this position, the Electronics Manufacturing Technician is subject to fluctuating environments dependent upon the associated duty. Work is typically carried out in manufacturing and laboratory settings where static free environments may be maintained.Summary of Responsibilities:The Electronics Manufacturing Technician assembles and tests Mass Memory Storage Devices while adhering to established manufacturing procedures and well-defined quality standards.This job description indicates the general nature and level of the work that is expected. It is not designed to contain a comprehensive or all-inclusive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities. Other duties may be required.Primary Responsibilities:• Assembles products/parts as specified using a variety of small hand tools, soldering equipment and manufacturing test equipment.• Conducts Acceptance Testing on assembled products as outlined by product specifications using PC Based software test suite.• Controls and maintains proper handling, movement, and storage of Mass Memory Storage Devices as recommended.• Reviews product Bill of Materials and Work Order requirements associated with Kit Pull documentation to identify parts and quantities required for assembly.• Conducts initial receipt of parts upon delivery from supplier or carrier.• Packages parts and initiates appropriate shipping documents.• Conducts periodic maintenance/inspection on assembly tooling and test equipment.• Conducts inspection of assemblies or sub-assemblies throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality/performance standards are being maintained.• Participates in new product/process implementation to maximize manufacturability.• Maintains accurate manufacturing records.• Adheres to all documented procedures in accordance with established Quality Management Systems• Completes time-sensitive tasks as specified by the Manufacturing Manager or written standards.Minimum Requirements:• Minimum 2 years Tech Degree or 2-3 years’ experience in this field.• Previous experience in Electro/Mechanical assembly• Must be a US CitizenBenefits:• Health Insurance• HSA• Long & Short-Term Disability offered.• Life Insurance offered.• Paid sick time.• 401K with match• Vacation-2 weeks accrued after 90 days of service.Other Information:• Hiring ASAP• Work hours can be 4 10-hour days, or 5 8-hours days. ½ hour lunch.
