Job summary

This on-site role leads buyers, planners, shipping, receiving and warehouse staff while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment with Production, Quality and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5 years of Supply Chain experience in Electronics and/or Circuit Card Assembly.
• Negotiating pricing and delivery improvements.
• MRP systems and processes.
• Materials Management.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work cross functionally with production, quality, engineering, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site supply chain organization.
• Supervise, coach, mentor buyers, planners, shipping, receiving and warehouse team members; managing staffing, performance reviews, and career development.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce supply chain procedures, purchasing, planning, and material handling best practices.
• Lead material management to ensure on-time availability of parts, consumables, repairs, and tooling to support customer delivery commitments; Proactively manage material shortages and expedite critical items to support material on-time needs.
• Oversee supplier performance, contract compliance, issue resolution, and supplier development initiatives.
• Collaborate cross functionality with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to resolve issues and drive program success.
