Moog’s Commercial Circuits team in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Operations Manager - CCA / Electronics Manufacturing to lead and develop a world-class Printed Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) operation onsite. You will drive day-to-day manufacturing performance, lead a multi-shift team, and collaborate with engineering to optimize CCA processes.

The role requires 3+ years in CCA/PCB/EMS environments, strong leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Leadership Experience in a CCA/PCB/EMS environment.
• 3+ years of Production Operations, Value Stream Leadership, or Process Development in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of People Leadership Experience.
