Job summary

Indyme is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for electronics products in San Diego, CA. This on-site role plans and schedules production, ensures product quality, and coordinates resources to meet timelines and cost targets.

You will lead and develop production teams, implement process improvements, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and warehouse teams to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations and production management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs and resolve production issues to maintain performance.
