Rise Technical Recruitment Limited represents an innovative manufacturer in Camarillo seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day electronics production, own scheduling and drive performance across safety, quality, and delivery.

This permanent on-site role offers a salary range of $120k-$140k plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO, with a Monday-Friday day shift and opportunities to build a high-performing team and drive Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• Experience leading electronics manufacturing operations.
• Scheduling and KPI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations (electronics production).
• Own production scheduling and on-time delivery.
• Drive KPIs: productivity, labor efficiency, yield, scrap/rework.
• Lead lean/continuous improvement and cross-functional problem solving.
