Job summary

Matric Group in Seneca, PA, is seeking an engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes for PCB assembly, cable and box-build operations. You will implement engineering changes and work instructions, support tooling, quoting and continuous improvement in a contract electronics manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of SMT, thru-hole or cable manufacturing, and must be authorized to work in the United States with

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with OEM or contract electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with SMT, Thru-hole, or Cable manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to handle ITAR/CUI.

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role

• Able to develop and improve manufacturing process

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• OEM or contract electronic manufacturing experience
• SMT, Thru-hole or Cable manufacturing experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work with ITAR and CUI under the CMMC Level 2 requirements
