Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in electronics/manufacturing.
- Proficiency with FEDEX, UPS, and DHL shipping systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Basic computer skills: data entry, inventory systems, shipping software.
Responsibilities
- Package and ship domestic and international orders with ESD handling.
- Perform dimensional and weight analysis; provide rate quotes to sales.
- Process shipments using carrier systems (FEDEX, UPS, DHL).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for timely pickups.
- Resolve export documentation issues with sales, customers, and carriers.
- Audit outgoing kits and assemblies for accuracy before shipment.
- Receive incoming materials and log with traceability.
- Deliver kits to production floor and maintain inventory levels.
