Job summary

Elma Electronic Inc. in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy and support production schedules.

You will coordinate material flow, process ERP transactions, and ensure timely receipt and shipment of components and finished goods. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing or logistics environments, strong ERP/MRP experience, and excellent organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing through receiving, inventory control, kitting, work orders, and shipping.
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, or Warehouse Management Systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Made2Manage).
• Proven Excel and MS Office skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, components, and supplies.
• Perform ERP transactions for receiving, inventory movement, work orders, and stock locations.
• Support production by issuing materials, pulling kits, and resolving shortages.
• Process WIP receipts and material transfers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers.
• Verify documentation, packing slips, and Certificates of Compliance.
• Maintain ERP records and support continuous improvement in inventory accuracy.
