Credo is seeking a Lab Technician to maintain a safe, efficient lab and to support engineering teams by managing inventory, equipment, logistics, and general lab upkeep.

The role requires attention to detail, proactive service orientation, and experience in an electronics lab, ensuring all materials—evaluation boards, electronics, computer components, and supplies—are readily available for day-to-day engineering activities.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in an electronics lab environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a Customer Service mindset.
• Experience with inventory management; familiarity with electronics and computer components preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, IT, Facilities, Purchasing, and Accounting.
• Experience with asset management processes is a plus.
• Basic understanding of lab safety standards and compliance practices.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and organize inventory of evaluation boards, electronic components, computers, and related hardware.
• Monitor supply levels regularly and replenish materials to ensure engineers have access to necessary items.
• Keep lab spaces clean, organized, and safe, including workbenches, doors, and floors.
• Monitor environmental factors such as air quality and noise levels to maintain a productive workspace.
• Manage recycling and disposal processes to ensure proper waste management.
• Organize and maintain equipment storage areas for safe access.
• Perform routine checks and basic upkeep on lab computers and equipment.
• Provide hands-on assistance to engineering teams for setup of test equipment and materials.
• Communicate needs with engineers and resolve lab-related issues efficiently.
• Pack and ship lab materials and coordinate with Shanghai office for international shipping.
• Partner with IT for data storage and lab IT systems; work with Facilities on electrical/HVAC safety.
• Manage rental equipment and maintain asset records above $5,000; conduct annual asset audits.
• Assist with trade shows by organizing inventory and shipping logistics.
• Perform light purchasing tasks to keep the lab stocked with components and consumables.
